Proximel® Non-Border Silicone Foam Dressing provides a gentle silicone adhesive that reduces irritation and pain for sensitive skin and enables dressing changeover without stripping epidermal cells.

Features and Benefits

Proximel® Non-Border feature a unique tapered edge that allows the dressing to lay smooth around wound edges while helping to prevent exudate seeping. The silicone adhesive helps the dressing stay in place during bandage wrapping and can be lifted or repositioned without adherence failure.

The absorbent polyurethane foam inner layer supports fast absorption, helps minimise maceration risk whilst offering additional comfort and cushioning protection. The protective backing creates high breathability (MVTR) which supports good moisture balance and remains waterproof, bacteria proof and an air-permeable barrier.

Ideal for various care settings for both prevention and treatment settings and can be worn for up to 7 days as wound healing progresses from heavy to moderate to light exudate. Tapered edge design is ideal for use under compression.
